Allyn Albritton is the Chief of Staff at AFS, the glue that holds our team together and the engine that keeps our day-to-day operations running smoothly. She works behind the scenes to bring our vision to life, tackle business challenges before they become problems, and serve as a trusted sounding board for big ideas (and the occasional wild one).

An ex-southerner, Allyn grew up watching her father navigate the annuity business, but she charted her own course. After graduating with honors from the University of Georgia, she spent the next decade in the Fortune 500 world, mastering logistics, demand and supply planning, pricing strategy, and marketing before bringing her expertise to AFS.

Allyn has a knack for talking to kids like they’re adults, and animals like they’re people. She shares a home with her beleaguered husband, Neal, and their ever-growing menagerie of pets—who, despite their best efforts, still don’t pay rent.
